You know that F5 was the beginning of the end for us owning the farm, after more than 50 yrs. That tornado came accross he bottoms a mile wide and borin' a hole when it scaled the hill and took out the homestead. Hell that storm even took out some of the stones from the cellar. Luckily my aunt Jennie who still lived there was visiting family in the KC area at the time. She's 92 now...

That same tornado is what DMac witnessed from 1/2 mile away, and splattered mud and grass on the house. It turned Delbert Dewey's old house 90 degree on it's foundation. (Alvin) Tiemeyer got a video before it sent them to the cellar.

We sold the place after we got it cleaned up. I was away @ college so I din't have much to say about it all. Glad the home place is now part of the FG complex. Should not want it any other way...
